Flash believes in growth, driven mainly by continuous quality improvement. This is our quality management philosophy. We use this to improve our business processes and enable growth. By constantly improving our business we improve the quality, save time and reduce waste. In addition, we increase both internal (employees) and external (customer) satisfaction. Efficiency and satisfaction go hand in hand. This way we are able to producte high quality cleaning solutions.
We aim to improve our quality continuously in all aspects of our company. It is our mission to increase cleaning performance and quality, whilst making cleaning more sustainable. By combining this, we create an agile space in which innovation is always present. Quality is parallel to innovation.

For example, we are continuously determined to make our production lines and production processes better, faster and more sustainable. We have developed our production lines in-house. Because of this, we have obtained a lot of technical know-how in order to successfully adopt changes and quality improvements. This way, we can produce unique cleaning solutions which are not to be found anywhere else.
We are also constantly on the lookout for better, more sustainable, raw materials and suppliers. We keep product performance top of mind, whilst we ensure they are made from renewable resources. This way, we create high-quality products with great respect for our environment.
These levels of quality run throughout the company. We ensure they are always top of mind – in every division and in the mind of every colleague. Because of this, we are able to produce and deliver top quality cleaning solutions.
How do we do it?
When looking for improvements or innovations you need to do a lot of research. We do this internally by incorporating feedback from our employees, but we also look externally. We conduct customer surveys each year to incorporate the feedback of all our customers. Results of these surveys prove that customers are very pleased with our delivery reliability as well as our external communication.
Reliability is in our DNA and is self-evident to us. This is why we value our short delivery times and always fulfil our promise to our customers. Maintaining high delivery reliability is only possible with a sleek organisational system. Our system keeps all of our processes and procedures in check.
Our production facility is situated in the Netherlands, right next to our office. This enables us to keep full control of what we deliver to our customers. We can check our production lines and product quality at all times.
Quality is a company-wide effort. That is why every single employee at Flash is aware of our quality requirements and protocols. We keep everyone incorporated through proper training and on the job coaching. We have an in-house quality control team that controls and checks the quality in our factory through several procedures. Procedures such as incoming and outgoing goods inspections, cross-checks for releasing production, sample testing during production and so on.
We also have a separate R&D department that has access to high tech equipment. Our R&D department conducts research and measurements to support our Quality Control department.
ISO 9001:2015
Our quality isn’t just a claim, Flash is also ISO 9001:2015 certified. ISO 9001 is the worldwide standard for a quality management system (“QMS”). A tool that measures transparency and reliability in the market. Our certificate proves that we guarantee constant quality and trustworthiness in all facets of our organisation. As a producer of tools that are used in healthcare and for infection control and prevention, we work hard to uphold only the highest of standards.
